(1) The following acts and the causing thereof are prohibited: (a) The manufacture or distribution of any feed that is adulterated or misbranded; (a.5) The use of feed that is adulterated for any cattle, sheep, goats, swine, poultry, or any other animals if such animals are raised to produce human food; (b) The adulteration or misbranding of any feed; (c) The distribution of agricultural commodities such as whole seed, hay, straw, stover, silage, cobs, husks, and hulls, that are adulterated; (d) The removal or disposal of a feed in violation of section 35-60-111 ; (e) The failure or refusal to register in accordance with section 35-60-104 ; (f) The violation of section 35-60-112 (6); (g) The failure or refusal to pay distribution fees and file reports in accordance with section 35-60-105 ; (h) The sale of customer-formula feed to any person other than the person who provided the manufacturing instructions; (i) The failure to maintain any records required by this article or any rule promulgated pursuant to this article; (j) The failure to comply with any other provision of this article or the rules promulgated pursuant to this article not otherwise specified in this section; and (k) The falsification of any information given to the commissioner.
