C.R.S. § 35-9-115

Pesticide dealer license

Known as the Pesticide Act

The act spans §§ 35–35 (29 sections).

(1) Each applicant for a pesticide dealer license shall make application to the commissioner providing all information in the form and manner the commissioner shall designate. (2) Each applicant for a pesticide dealer license shall pay a fee in an amount determined by the commissioner. (3) Each pesticide dealer license shall expire on January 1 of each year. (4) Each licensee shall report to the commissioner, in the form and manner he shall designate, any change to the information provided in such licensee’s application or in such reports previously submitted, within fifteen days of such change.
