C.R.S. § 35-9-116

Renewal of pesticide dealer license

Known as the Pesticide Act

The act spans §§ 35–35 (29 sections).

(1) Each pesticide dealer shall make an application to renew its license on or before the first working day of January for the year of renewal. Said application shall be in the form and manner prescribed by the commissioner and shall be accompanied by the renewal fee. (2) If the application for renewal of any pesticide dealer license is not received on or before the first working day of January for the year of renewal, a penalty fee of ten percent of the license fee shall be assessed and added to the renewal fee. No license shall be renewed until the total fee is paid. (3) If a pesticide dealer license renewal application is not received by February 1 of the renewal year, the license shall not be renewed and the dealer must apply for a new license.
