(1) No person may: (a) Sell, transfer, or in any manner dispose of a manufactured home in this state without complying with the requirements of this article. (b)(Deleted by amendment, L. 89, p. 1573, § 8, effective January 1, 1990.)(2) Any person who violates any of the provisions of subsection (1) of this section for which no other penalty is expressly provided commits a class 2 misdemeanor.
