By the description in the summons, “all other persons unknown, claiming any right, title, estate, lien, or interest in, to, or upon the real estate described in the application herein”, all the world are made parties defendant and shall be concluded by the default, order, and decree. The court shall not be bound by the report of the examiners of title but may require other or further proof.
