(1) A towing carrier that violates this part 4 is subject to the penalties provided in section 40-10.1-114 . (2) A violation of this part 4 is a deceptive trade practice under section 6-1-105 (1)(ttt) and is subject to enforcement by the attorney general’s office in addition to the enforcement described in this section.
