C.R.S. § 40-29-102

Any railroad or railway company which violates, or permits to be violated, any of the provisions of section 40-29-101 , or any officer, agent, or employee of such railroad or railway company who violates, or permits to be violated, any of the provisions of said section shall be fined not more than three hundred dollars for each violation.
