(1) The fees collected pursuant to sections 42-3-213 and 42-3-217 for the issuance of a license plate pursuant to sections 42-3-213 (9) and 42-3-217 shall be transmitted to the state treasurer, who shall credit the same to the license plate cash fund created in section 42-3-301 . (2) Repealed.
