(1) Intentionally left blank —Ed. (a) The driver of a vehicle, whether on public property or private property which is used by the general public for parking purposes, shall not back the same unless such movement can be made with safety and without interfering with other traffic. (b) The driver of a vehicle shall not back the same upon any shoulder or roadway of any controlled-access highway. (2) Any person who violates any provision of this section commits a class A traffic infraction.
