C.R.S. § 42-7-603

As used in this part 6, unless the context otherwise requires: (1) “Database” means the motorist insurance identification database described in section 42-7-604 (5). (2) “Department” means the department of revenue. (3) “Designated agent” means the party with which the department contracts under section 42-7-604 . (4)(Deleted by amendment, L. 2000, p. 1649, § 43, effective June 1, 2000.)(5) “Program” means the motorist insurance identification database program created in section 42-7-604 .
