At the same time that the highway maintenance division tabulates the reports and statements from the various counties, the division shall also prepare a statement setting forth the amount expended by the division during the preceding calendar year in the same manner as required of counties. Publication of the data shall be in accordance with the provisions of section 24-1-136 , C.R.S.
