C.R.S. § 44-20-201

As used in this part 2, unless the context otherwise requires: (1) “Person” means any individual, firm, corporation, partnership, association, trustee, receiver, or assignee for the benefit of creditors. (2) “Sell”, “sold”, “buy”, and “purchase” include exchange, barter, gift, and offer or contract to sell or buy.
