C.R.S. § 44-20-429

(1) Except as provided in subsection (2) of this section, a person who willfully violates this part 4 commits a class 2 misdemeanor and shall be punished as provided in section 18-1.3-501 . (2) Intentionally left blank —Ed. (a) A person who willfully violates section 44-20-423 (2) by acting as a powersports vehicle manufacturer, powersports vehicle distributor, or powersports vehicle manufacturer representative without proper authorization commits a petty offense. (b) A person who willfully violates section 44-20-423 (2) by acting as a wholesaler, powersports vehicle dealer, used powersports vehicle dealer, or powersports vehicle salesperson without proper authorization commits a petty offense.
