C.R.S. § 44-30-1401

As used in this part 14, unless the context otherwise requires: (1) “City” means a city that is not a certified local government as defined in section 44-30-103 (7) and that receives money from the state historical fund for historic preservation purposes. (2) “Commission” means an independent restoration and preservation commission created pursuant to section 44-30-1202 (5).
