(1) No person under the age of eighteen years shall purchase, redeem, or attempt to purchase or redeem any pari-mutuel ticket. (2) No person shall sell any pari-mutuel ticket to a person under the age of eighteen years. (3) Any person who violates this section commits a civil infraction.
