C.R.S. § 44-5-104

(1) Special event permit fees are: (a) Ten dollars per day for a malt beverage permit; (b) Twenty-five dollars per day for a malt, vinous, and spirituous liquor permit. (2) All fees are payable in advance to the department for applications for special event permits submitted to the state licensing authority for approval.
