C.R.S. § 5-4-112

Administrative action of commissioner of insurance

Known as the Uniform Consumer Credit Code

The act spans §§ 5–5 (90 sections).

(1) To the extent that the commissioner’s responsibility under this article requires, the commissioner of insurance shall promulgate rules in accordance with article 4 of title 24 , C.R.S., with respect to insurers, and with respect to refunds described in section 5-4-108 , and, in case of violation, may make an order for compliance. (2) Sections 24-4-102 to 24-4-106 , C.R.S., apply to and govern all administrative action taken by the commissioner of insurance pursuant to this section.
