C.R.S. § 5-9.3-107

Filing of claim

[Editor’s note: This section is effective January 1, 2024.] A consumer has ninety days after the loss settlement from any property damage insurance or from the date the creditor notifies the consumer of any deficiency balance owed, whichever is later, to file a claim under the GAP agreement or seek debt cancellation from the creditor.
