C.R.S. § 5-9.3-109

[Editor’s note: This section is effective January 1, 2024.] The administrator designated in section 5-6-103 may enforce the provisions of this article 9.3, pursuant to article 6 of this title 5, against any creditor or GAP administrator who violates this article 9.3.
