C.R.S. § 6-1-1404

Preemption

Known as the Colorado Consumer Protection Act

The act spans §§ 6-1-1001 to 6-1-908 (154 sections).

(1) A political subdivision shall not establish, mandate, or otherwise require online marketplaces to: (a) Verify information from high-volume third-party sellers on a one-time or ongoing basis; or (b) Disclose or require the disclosure of information to consumers.
