C.R.S. § 7-110-106

(1) A corporation amending its articles of incorporation shall deliver to the secretary of state, for filing pursuant to part 3 of article 90 of this title, articles of amendment stating: (a) The domestic entity name of the corporation; (b) The text of each amendment adopted; and (c) If the amendment provides for an exchange, reclassification, or cancellation of issued shares, provisions for implementing the amendment if not contained in the amendment itself. (d) to (f) Repealed.
