Evidentiary effect of copy of filed document

Known as the Colorado Corporations and Associations Act

The act spans §§ 7–7 (87 sections).

A certificate attached to a copy of a document, bearing the secretary of state’s manual or facsimile signature and the seal of this state and stating to the effect that the document is filed in the records of the secretary of state, is prima facie evidence that the document is on file in the records of the secretary of state.
