(1) The SAA shall conduct hearings for the purpose of resolving compliance issues or deregistration issues with a registered apprenticeship program in conformity with federal regulations. (2) The determination of the SAA is a final agency action that is subject to judicial review pursuant to section 24-4-106 . (3) Sponsors may appeal to the United States department of labor’s office of apprenticeship for a final determination in conformity with federal regulations.
