Mislabeling

Known as the Colorado Antifreeze Law

The act spans §§ 8–8 (81 sections).

No person shall mark, stencil, brand, or certify falsely any pump, receptacle, or container of fuel products, or change, alter, or deface the mark, brand, or a certificate on any such pump, receptacle, or container, or falsely represent the quality or grade of any fuel product.
