Improvers of products

Known as the Colorado Antifreeze Law

The act spans §§ 8–8 (81 sections).

All materials, fluids, or substances offered for sale or exposed for sale, purporting to be substances for, or improvers of, fuel products to be used for power, heating, lubricating, or illuminating purposes, before being sold, exposed, or offered for sale, shall be submitted to the director of the division of oil and public safety for examination and inspection, and shall only be sold or offered for sale when properly labeled with a label, the form and contents of which label has been approved by the director in writing.
