Empty containers

Known as the Colorado Antifreeze Law

The act spans §§ 8–8 (81 sections).

It is the duty of the director of the division of oil and public safety or the director’s deputies to notify the owner or person having in his or her possession empty oil barrels and other containers which are stored or placed in a position dangerous to property to remove the same to a place of safety.
