C.R.S. § 8-20-406

Submittal of plans

Known as the Colorado Antifreeze Law

The act spans §§ 8–8 (81 sections).

(1) Plans for all installations utilizing liquefied petroleum gas storage containers of over two thousand gallons water capacity shall be submitted to the director of the division of oil and public safety for approval before construction of such installations begins. (2) Plans for any of the following shall be submitted to the director of the division of oil and public safety for approval before installation: (a) Service stations supplying liquefied petroleum gas for motor fuel; (b) Installations for filling of cylinders (bottles) or other portable containers meeting surface transportation board specifications; (c) Industrial bulk storage installations and all other bulk storage installations utilizing storage containers for liquefied petroleum gas of over two thousand gallons aggregate water capacity.
