C.R.S. § 8-20-802

Definitions

Known as the Colorado Antifreeze Law

The act spans §§ 8–8 (81 sections).

As used in this part 8, unless the context otherwise requires: (1) “Antifreeze” means all substances and preparations intended for use as the cooling medium, or to be added to the cooling liquid, in the cooling system of internal combustion engines to prevent freezing of the cooling liquid or to lower its freezing point. (2) “Person” means individuals, partnerships, corporations, companies, and associations.
