District attorney to bring actions

Known as the Colorado Antifreeze Law

The act spans §§ 8–8 (81 sections).

Whenever the director of the division of oil and public safety discovers any antifreeze is being sold or has been sold in violation of this part 8, it is the director’s duty to bring this violation to the attention of the district attorney in the director’s respective district, or the attorney general in cases where the district attorney refuses to act, to enforce the provisions of this part 8 by appropriate action in courts of competent jurisdiction.
