C.R.S. § 8-83-901

As used in this part 9, unless the context otherwise requires: (1) “Emerging industries” means industries that are in the early stage of potential market share in Colorado but are growing in economic importance and job creation. (2) “Office” means the Colorado office of future of work created in section 8-15.8-103 . (3) “Study” means the workforce transitions study required by section 8-83-902 (1).
