C.R.S. § 9-1.5-108

(1) This section and sections 9-1.5-104.2 , 9-1.5-104.4 , 9-1.5-104.7 , and 9-1.5-104.8 are repealed, effective September 1, 2028. (2) Before the repeal, the functions of the underground damage prevention safety commission related to underground facilities specified in sections 9-1.5-104.2 , 9-1.5-104.4 , 9-1.5-104.7 , and 9-1.5-104.8 are scheduled for review in accordance with section 24-34-104 .
