Conn. Gen. Stat. § 1-333

Designation of official record by official publisher

Known as the Uniform Electronic Legal Material Act

The act spans §§ 1–1 (12 sections).

(a) If an official publisher publishes legal material only in an electronic record, the publisher shall: (1) Designate the electronic record as the official record; and (2) comply with sections 1-334 , 1-336 and 1-337 .

(b) An official publisher that publishes legal material in an electronic record and also publishes the material in a record other than an electronic record may designate the electronic record as the official record if the publisher complies with sections 1-334 , 1-336 and 1-337 .
