The Social and Emotional Learning and School Climate Advisory Collaborative, established pursuant to section 10-222q , shall convene a subcommittee of said collaborative to (1) not later than February 1, 2024, develop Connecticut school climate standards based on nationally recognized school climate research and best practices, (2) create a uniform bullying complaint form to be included by the Department of Education on its Internet web site and by local and regional boards of education on each board's Internet web site and in each board's student handbooks, and (3) provide guidance to local and regional boards of education on the implementation of the Connecticut school climate policy.
