Conn. Gen. Stat. § 10-91i

Each private provider of special education services, as defined in section 10-91g , shall submit to an audit conducted by the Auditors of Public Accounts pursuant to section 10-91g and provide access to all records and accounts necessary to said auditors for purposes of conducting such audit.
