Technical Education and Career School System

There is established a state-wide system of technical education and career schools to be known as the Technical Education and Career System. The Technical Education and Career System shall offer (1) full-time comprehensive secondary education at technical high schools located throughout the state, and (2) part-time, evening and extracurricular programs in vocational, technical, technological and postsecondary education and training.
