l . Peer-to-peer car sharing at Bradley International Airport pursuant to agreement

(P.A. 21-106, S. 64.) History: P.A. 21-106 effective January 1, 2022.

A peer-to-peer car sharing company shall not permit the operation of peer-to-peer car sharing at Bradley International Airport unless such company enters into an agreement with the Connecticut Airport Authority, established pursuant to section 15-120bb . The Connecticut Airport Authority may charge and collect a reasonable fee from any such company for the privilege of operating peer-to-peer car sharing at such airport.
