Conn. Gen. Stat. § 14-366

Commissioner of Motor Vehicles as administrator

(February, 1965, P.A. 546, S. 2.)

As used in the agreement, with reference to this state, the term “administrator” shall mean the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles.
