On or before July 1, 2022, the Commissioner of Public Health shall establish guidelines regarding the manner in which menstrual products may be provided pursuant to sections 8-359a , 10-212k , 10a-151j , 17b-816 , 18-69e and 18-99b , without stigmatizing the person who requests such products. The commissioner shall post such guidelines on the Department of Public Health's Internet web site.
