Each health care institution, as defined in section 19a-490 , required to obtain potable water as a temporary measure to alleviate a water supply shortage shall obtain such potable water from (1) a bulk water hauler, licensed pursuant to section 20-278h , or (2) a bottler, as defined in section 21a-150 .
