Conn. Gen. Stat. § 19a-490oo

The Department of Public Health, in consultation with the Office of the Long-Term Care Ombudsman and the Long-Term Care Advisory Council, shall establish an online nursing home consumer dashboard, within available appropriations, that provides: (1) Comprehensive information concerning quality of care for people in need of nursing home care and their families; and (2) showcases industry leading practices. The department shall include a link to the dashboard in a prominent place on the department's Internet web site.
