The Attorney General shall assign an assistant attorney general to advise and assist the commissioner on legal matters relating to the administration of sections 17a-876 , 19a-521 , 19a-522 , 19a-523 , 19a-531 to 19a-534 , inclusive, 19a-536 to 19a-539 , inclusive, 19a-550 , 19a-553 and 19a-554 , and to perform the duties delegated to the Attorney General under said sections.
