Conn. Gen. Stat. § 30-38b

Permits for on-premises consumption of alcoholic liquor. Limit on number of drinks sold to person

(a) A permit issued pursuant to this title for any on-premises consumption of alcoholic liquor shall allow the retail sale of not more than two drinks to any one person at any one time.

(b) The Commissioner of Consumer Protection shall amend any existing regulations of Connecticut state agencies adopted under the provisions of this title, in accordance with chapter 54, to implement the provisions of subsection (a) of this section.
