Incorporation of benefit corporation

Known as the Connecticut Benefit Corporation Act

The act spans §§ 33–33 (16 sections).

A benefit corporation shall be incorporated in accordance with the provisions of chapter 601 by filing a certificate of incorporation with the office of the Secretary of the State that states that the corporation is a benefit corporation.
