Applicability of other statutes
Known as the Connecticut Uniform Limited Liability Company Act
The act spans §§ 34–34 (117 sections).

(a) Unless displaced by the particular provisions of sections 34-279 to 34-279q , inclusive, the principles of law and equity shall supplement said sections.
(b) Sections 34-279 to 34-279q , inclusive, shall not authorize any action prohibited by law or affect the application or requirements of law other than said sections.
