Conn. Gen. Stat. § 36a-24c

The Banking Commissioner may, by order, establish a process to permit individuals engaging in an activity pursuant to a license or registration issued by the commissioner under title 36a to conduct such activity from a location other than an office location licensed on the system, as defined in section 36a-2 .
