Short title: Connecticut Revised Uniform Fiduciary Access to Digital Assets Act

Known as the Connecticut Revised Uniform Fiduciary Access to Digital Assets Act

(P.A. 16-145, S. 1.)

Sections 45a-334b to 45a-334s , inclusive, may be cited as the “Connecticut Revised Uniform Fiduciary Access to Digital Assets Act”.
