Revocation of designation of standby guardian

Known as the Connecticut Uniform Adult Protective Proceedings Jurisdiction Act

The act spans §§ 45–45 (143 sections).

The principal may revoke a designation of a standby guardian at any time by written revocation and notification of the revocation to the standby guardian.
