Rights of parties to reports, documents filed with court

Known as the Connecticut Indian Child Welfare Act

A state court shall disclose all reports or other documents filed with the court upon which any decision may be based with respect to a foster care placement or termination of parental rights proceeding under state law involving an Indian child upon request of any party to such proceeding. Records and documents in such proceeding shall be otherwise confidential and nondisclosable to the public except as may otherwise be provided by law.
