Initiating and responding tribunal of state

Known as the Uniform Interstate Family Support Act

The act spans §§ 46–46 (89 sections).

Under sections 46b-301 to 46b-425 , inclusive, a tribunal of this state may serve as an initiating tribunal to forward proceedings to a tribunal of another state and as a responding tribunal for proceedings initiated in another state or a foreign country.
