Parental status of donor

Known as the Connecticut Parentage Act

The act spans §§ 46–46 (114 sections).

A donor is not a parent of a child conceived by assisted reproduction by virtue of the donor's genetic connection. A donor may not establish the donor's parentage by signing an acknowledgment of parentage under sections 46b-476 to 46b-487 , inclusive.
